SOPI Neutral Beauty

This is Sephora by OPI's Neutral Beauty. It is a yellow/mustard toned nude creme. Two coats here, impeccable formula. I however feel that it would suit someone who would have greater contrast between this shade and their skin colour. This is my 'tan' lol!

The blue tint when layered over your manicure, will make it appear more vibrant! So for those neons that aren't quite neon enough, or maybe even just for those colours you want to make pop a little bit.
