SANTEE Rainbow Pink

Woah! Found a whole heap of posts from last year!

This is such a beautiful duochrome, I thought it deserved three photographs to show you :)

This is three coats of Rainbow Pink. Application was very nice, but it takes forever to try by itself and is a little bubble prone if you aren't careful.

I found this at one of the many dollar stores in my hometown, a bargain at $3. I may need to check out there collection again shortly. The owners daughter picks out all the good ones for herself before they get sold, cheeky little hua. I guess she is a nail polish lover too :)

OPI DS Reserve

Ok I think this is the last of the Designer Series swatches!

This is two coats. More speckled holographic than the older OPI DS's. Plus it has a beautiful pink shimmer which makes it special!

OPI DS Chiffon

And here is the pretty Chiffon!

Two coats also. I will definitely have to do another photo-shoot with these holos on a SUNNY day :)

It applied well, a tad runny. Dries quickly though as most holographics tend to do.

OPI DS Amethyst

I lemmed this one for a loooooooooong time and now that I've got it... I'm not sure I'm liking it with my skintone :(

This is two coats of Amethyst, recently discontinued.

It applied very nicely though. And I think it is Chiffon's purple version, very similar in the way of the size of holographic chunks and the warm shimmer.

A Flower For You ♥

I had originally done this one for the Summer in February theme on MUA. But I thought it could be used as a Valentine's manicure too :)

I used four coats of Moody Blue then used konad's white for the design. A very simple but sweet manicure :)

Let the NOTDiarrhea continue!

Red Hot Valentine ♥

I'm really kicking myself for not posting these before V-day. I'm sorry reader :( but it's better late than never! :D

Alright, here I used two coats of OPI Little Red Wagon as the base. Then I proceeded to use China Glaze Devotion for the design. Followed by a coat of OPI Text Me Text You, I did a second coat of this over the tips which is barely noticeable.

I think this manicure gets the idea across of what 'holiday' you are celebrating :D

My Dream Polish.... *sigh* ♥

Sooo many photo's I know.... but isn't it to die for?!

I just wanted to show you all the angles, sunlight, shade, closeups etc. hehe :D This would be my number one polish of all times, I would buy twenty bottles, just because it is so pretty to look at. Twirling it in the sunlight, looking at all the pretty sparkles and luscious pink shimmer... This polish only exists in my dreams and when layered.

I guess you want to know what polishes were used? The base colour was OPI's getting HTF, Make Love... at three coats to achieve complete opacity. Then I used one of my favourite Yokohama's, Starbright Sparkles II. I used two coats of SBSII.

I really did not want to take this off, but FIVE coats does not dry so quickly and of course got damaged and dented :( At least I have photographs!!!

Imagine this coming out for a Valentines collection? I'd be in Nail Polish heaven.

Here is the effect Starbright Sparkles II gives Make Love, it has a little bit of white in it's base so it creates a lighter baby pink. It has a beautiful pink shimmer which is noticeable over Make Love, and it has little sparkly glitter pieces scattered throughout. Just adding that little bit of 'pizazz' ♥

Oh I need to franken!!

And of course, if you know of any polish similar to this, please please please let me knoooow~!
