Revlon Gel Envy - Showtime

Showtime! Wow! Look at this beauty glow! Definitely the sparkliest in the Gel Envy line.

This is just one coat of Showtime over High Roller. Showtime can take a few coats to build up colour on it's own.

Purple, pink, navy, red, gold... *drool*

Even glorious in the shade.

See you shortly!

Revlon Gel Envy - Full House

Full House - a gorgeous neon turquoise. Another stunner from the Gel Envy line! The perfect shade for summer, I reckon.

Another beautifully smooth and thick formula, a familiarity within the Gel Eny line. Two coats used here. You could get away with one coat - that's how opaque Full House is!

Looks so soft and dusty in the shade!

See you again soon with more Gel Envys!

Revlon Gel Envy - Dealer's Choice

I have fallen hard for Revlon's Gel Envy line. My little nails have been struggling for quite some time to grow back some length. I decided to give these polishes a go and BY GOLLY I am in love.

Dealer's Choice is one of the few Gel Envys that actually have visible shimmer. Most actually do but it's that secret shimmer that you can't really see unless the sun is blasting it's rays directly at your nails. And even then do you barely get to see the shy shimmers.

A bottle close up so you can see the shimmer!
The formula is really quite nice. I love the thick opaque formulas, it gets the job done quick stick. This is two coats shown here.

And a shade shot. So soft and so delicate.

See you soon with a bunch of Revlon Gel Envys!

Orly has released a new line of polishes in Farmers, called Color Blast. They are in smaller 11ml bottles and retail for $14. I decided to pick up Orly's Aqua Neon to try.

I'm wearing two coats here. The formula is really nice and smooth, Aqua Neon also gives excellent coverage!

OPI Give Me The Moon

Today I have an old favourite to show you, OPI's Give Me The Moon! Moon was released in a Night Brights collection, I say a few years ago, but I feel it was around 2007. This was also the collection that My Private Jet was released with.

I am wearing two coats here. You can see it is quite sheer. I think it would look amazing layered over a creme grey! That blue shimmer just shines. And it's very visible in all lighting situations.

I'm not sure if this is a part of OPI's main line of polishes, but it is certainly very easy to find online.

Nail Juice Angel and Blue Boy nail art!

I was told off by one of the young girls at daycare the other day for not wearing polish on my nails, so I decided to do something cute, quick and easy to do. I chose Nail Juice Angel as the main colour, a white jelly with pink, blue, and white glitters. Then I used Nail Juice Blue Boy on my pinkys along with a matching rhinestone. Similarly on the pointer fingers, I wore an unnamed Nail Juice also with a matching rhinestone.

Star Kin Whale Farts - revisited!

Seeing as I was very new to polishes like this last time I played with Whale Farts, I thought I'd brush up on my skills and have another go! I've still got a way to go yet but I (and the 2yr olds) loved this one :D

I'm not sure why I haven't worn Whale Farts on it's own yet? Here is Farts over two coats of OPI Roadhouse Blues, a navy creme.
So I found out that if I swirl the brush around then pull it out, there should be quite a few big circles on there. So I grab my dotting tool, pick a circle and then place it on my nail. This is much easier than my old technique of just painting layers and layers on hoping for one to fall out lol! Next time I will pain Whale Farts on her own :D
