OPI My Very First Knockwurst

This beautiful pale pink creme is OPI's My Very First Knockwurst, from the Germany collection released early 2013. This is two perfect coats shown here. The formula is really nice to work with and won't leave you with much to clean up. A colour very close to this is Misa's Little Hands.

OPI Timeless is More

OPI's Timeless is More was always my favourite white polish of all time... until Funny Bunny found it's way in to my stash! Timeless is a gorgeous creamy-white jelly like polish. Funny Bunny is more of a 'crisp' white, like brand-new-sheet-white. Timeless was released in the Beyond Chic soft shades collection from 2008. This is two coats.

SOPI Happy Earth Day to Me!

I've got an oddball for you today, Sephora by OPI's Happy Earth Day to Me! Earth Day is a yellow toned brown with a green-golden shimmer. A very earthy colour indeed. This is two coats shown here. The formula is very nice on this one, not too runny and easy to control.

Zoya Godiva Pixie Dust

Today I have Zoya's Godiva to show you! I really love this one for when I need a mani to last  good few days and to show barely any wear. It doesn't look very sparkly here, but it is in real life! I love how I can forget I'm wearing it, yet get enjoyment from wearing it.

Godiva is a part of Zoya's Pixie Dust range. They're much like the Liquid Sands and textured polishes other companies are releasing. Two coats are worn in these pictures.

Here is Glitter Gal's Nude in all her glory. Yes I probably did take too many photos!
Three smooth effortless coats. I forgot how gorgeous the Glitter Gal holo formula is!
This last pic was taken with the flash on, so you get to see a few more sparkles!

Nail Art: Retro Flowers!

I was in a bout of procrastination as well as feeling the need to try some untrieds. All three used in this mani were untrieds! Zoya Sooki, Zoya Arizona and Sephora by OPI Hi-def.
Firstly you need to paint down your base colour, I used Hi-def for this. Then I used Sooki with my dotting tool to create the outline of petals around the nails. Lastly I used Arizona for the centre of the flowers. I really loved how all of these colours looks so well together. Like they're all from the same family tree!

Star Kin Whale Farts - revisited!

Seeing as I was very new to polishes like this last time I played with Whale Farts, I thought I'd brush up on my skills and have another go! I've still got a way to go yet but I (and the 2yr olds) loved this one :D

I'm not sure why I haven't worn Whale Farts on it's own yet? Here is Farts over two coats of OPI Roadhouse Blues, a navy creme.
So I found out that if I swirl the brush around then pull it out, there should be quite a few big circles on there. So I grab my dotting tool, pick a circle and then place it on my nail. This is much easier than my old technique of just painting layers and layers on hoping for one to fall out lol! Next time I will pain Whale Farts on her own :D
