CLAIRE'S Rocker Blues

All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much Wackymichy for sending me this colour! I would have never tried it if I had seen it in store, my mum and sister are also craving this colour now :D

Two coats and I have been wanting to wear it ever since I swatched it. Rocker Blues is a very vibrant electric blue. The shimmer in it is amazing! I wish they sold Claire's here, who knows what awesome colours we are missing out on :O

Claire's MegPeg

Ah, Meg peg, so many finishes thrown into one. Holographic glitter, neon, shimmer and it dries matte because it is neon.

Two coats is all Meg Peg needs.

The formula is quite nice to use. But it does suck up your top coat. I applied two coats on and about night time on day one I could feel little bumps of the glitter.

Claire's Yei

Now this Yei is a really interesting colour. It's neon. It's holographic. It's a minty blue. It has purple iridescence.

Now the purple shimmer is non-existent in these photos as the sun decided to run away on me.

The bottle picture and the last photo, are the most accurate colour of Yei.

The application was really nice :) It does dry matte because of the neon and a little bumpy from the holographic, so top coat is necessary! I used three coats here.

I wasn't too sure about Yei on, but looking at these photos makes me love it to pieces!

My first go using these beasts...

What do you think?

I got these lovely little stones with my Konad Gold Set. Never thought I would ever use these, but this mani had been floating around my brain for a little while.

I used two coats of Claire's Rocker Blues. I still can't believe a lovely lady was nice enough to send me this polish as a RAOK... I still get giddy looking at it :D

I used Konads plate M , and China Glaze's Devotion as the polish. Devotion has made its self quite useful hasn't it :D Might have to order a few more Romantiques...

A very simple design but stunning none the less. Oh while I remember, China Glaze's Frostbite is an *exact* doppelganger of Rocker Blues! I found Revlon's Talk Dirty today so you can bet it's going to  have little enhancements n_n

For the application of the tiny stones:

1. Turn them upside down so you are seeing their silver bottoms.

2. Get a toothpick (or the Konad stick if you have one)

3. Dip it in your topcoat, pick up the stone with toothpick

4. Apply it closely to where you want it to be, it's easy to move around :)

5. Apply topcoat over the whole nail and your set!
